You may or may not be aware of the importance of setting a morning ritual in place to improve the outcomes of your day. In fact, most people believe that waking up is just a case of get up and go, not even sparing a thought for the intention they’re setting for the day. If they knew that the very first thoughts they focus on are setting up the outcomes for the day, they’d choose more carefully.
That’s because in the first 20 minutes or so of waking our unconscious mind is still highly susceptible to suggestion due to our brains being somewhere between wake and sleep. What we choose to focus on gets accepted more easily as a command and then continues to affect the decisions we make and the outcomes of our days.
